"When my 2 sisters and I arrived at the hotel, Hailey and Monica were at the service desk to check us in. My sisters and I were having trouble getting our boarding passes on our phones and Hailey and Monica were extremely helpful in calming our nerves and getting our boarding passes for us. They were so helpful and kind.
The one complaint that we had with the room was that there weren't enough charging stations for the 3 of us and our devices."
