"The location of this hotel was perfect. It was within walking distance of some really great restaurants. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Check in was easy. This was the only hotel that we stayed at that we weren't able to utilize a luggage cart because they were all being used. We were told that the hotel only had three. This surprised us with the hotel being the size that it was and made it a bit of an inconvenience. Breakfast the first morning was pretty good. There...

"It is a quaint inn but we were on the second floor and the third floor was very noisy with jumping the whole 3 days. We could also hear the person next door snoring. It is located by everything we went to….old town, sea world and little Italy. The bed was comfy and the shower worked great. I asked the front desk for help with a breakfast place and they were very helpful. They also have really good coffee"

"The staff were great, Lourdes the housekeeper was the sweetest! Definitely wish the bar was open a tad later as we were hosting a post wedding reception crew…but other than that, beautiful location and great service."

"Nice hotel overall. There is a inconvenient lack of electrical outlets in the room. The hallway near our room smelled faintly like a nursing home. The only water dispenser for water bottles was broken. The lack of a hotel shuttle from the airport was a disappointing inconvenience. The dining staff and food were great. We ate there 3 times. The front desk staff was professional and friendly."

"My family spent 3 nights here. Contrary to the reviews we read before our trip, we did not see alot of homeless people in the neighborhood, the area is relatively quiet and the nightspot close by had no effect on our stay. The area is industrial, but there are a lot of business establishments that will be beneficial to your stay. The only issue was the Dennys pictured in the Google view is now a Cane's. The hotel staff were Amazing. I would definitely stay there again."

"Airport shuttle, breakfast, pool and hot tub was nice."

"The AC was not functioning and no one was notified after booking to give people an opportunity to rebook somewhere else. My room was then switched to a room with a portable AC unit that was duck taped to the window and kept falling off. The window had to be opened the entire time which let in a bunch of noise. However it was clean and the balcony and courtyard was well maintained. The food in the restaurant wasn’t the best either but it was quick for a small kitchen."

"Location is a benefit for this hotel. Room was clean but a little dated. A window was cracked the length of the window. Notified front desk and they were aware of it but not sure when they plan to repair. Place was quiet and the staff was helpful. Continental breakfast has limited options. We stay in San Diego about three times a year and like staying at different places. Looking forward to next stay but pretty sure it will not be at this hotel."
