"Just an overnight stay and the room was very tidy and presented. Staff were very helpful as I had an early departure and explained what I needed to do. Very central to CBD with shops very close."

"The hotel was an alright stay. But I originally got the wrong room given to me which was okay as the staff fixed the issue very quickly. The room that I ended up getting was nice but a bit dirty. A couple of stains on the carpet and walls. The pool looked really nice. The buffet breakfast was a bit overpriced for what it was and didn’t have too many options. But overall it was an alright stay and I would definitely stay here again. Staff were very nice."

"お部屋がとても広々としていて、大きな姿見があったので身支度がしやすかったです。ミニバーのコーヒーとココアが美味しかったのも嬉しいポイントでした。 滞在中、清掃をゴミ回収だけにしてもらうと、ホテル内のカフェで使える10ドルのデポジットをいただけて得した気分になりました！スリッパの用意がありませんでしたが、ルームサービスに連絡すると、持ってきていただけました。 少し気になったのは、清掃をお願いした日にベッドは綺麗だったものの、コップの交換がされていなかったのが残念でした。また、オーストラリア風の作りなのかシャワー室に扉やカーテンがなく、脱衣所を濡らさないようにシャワーを浴びるのが大変でした。荷物ラックも1つだけだった為、もう1つのスーツケースは床で広げることになってしまったので、改善されると嬉しいです。"

"Property is pretty run down. The sheets had some stains on them. We did not complain about it as this could just be an overloaded commercial machine wash. The overall hotel is dated and needs some renovation. Breakfast downstairs was nice and they really looked after us otherwise as we were celebrating my wife's 50th birthday!"
