"Great service and communication. Was very accommodating even after, through fault of their own, they was a system mishap with Expedia, where a booking change was made and not registered in their system. However staff and FL Hotel made it so we didn't have to do any work on our part. "

"The stay was overall great, but I felt the floors were dirty carpeting. The bathrooms were clean and rooms were fine otherwise. Once, the housekeeper left one of our rooms open, when we came back we found it ajar, but luckily nothing was missing"

"Amazing stay, loved the tatami mats in the whole hotel. Breakfast was amazing, night ramen was good, yogurt drink and ice cream post bath really hit the spot. Hotel was kept spotless and staff were very nice and helpful with both luggage storage and sending it to the next hotel. "

"Great stay in Asakusa with excellent staff and location
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Asakusa. The staff were incredibly accommodating when we accidentally mixed up our checkout date due to a multi-city itinerary. Even though it caused a bit of a crisis (we had to leave Tokyo Disney and rush back in a whirlwind), they handled it with grace and helped us stay in the same room, which made a stressful situation much easier.
