"We arrived early and asked if our rooms were ready. I booked 2 rooms, when I booked it stated that they had adjoining rooms available. I asked and they said none were available. You can tell they have been doing some remodeling but for some reason the noise is terrible, people in the hallway sound like they are in your room. All night long we could hear people, therefore we did not get a good night sleep. The view out our window was a rundown bowling alley. The breakfast had 2 broken waffle...

"The property had a clean room, nice staff, the air conditioning worked well, and they had free parking. It was a nice place to stay. I wish they had more for breakfast. It was a lot of muffins, bread, cereal, and waffles."

"The Red Coach Inn is a hidden gem in an excellent location, right at the entrance to Niagara Falls State Park and close to everything. It was an easy walk to the park, the falls, and nearby attractions, and we could even see the rapids from our window. The staff was very helpful, and we loved the thoughtful extras like complimentary snacks in the room and thick towels. "Our stay was perfect. The only thing not great was the room that we stayed in backed onto the Home Depot garden section. Staff were loading skids of garden soil and items at 3:00 am and woke us up. Anyone staying in late spring should ask to not be placed where their room faces th back of the Home Depot."

"The hotel is extremely clean and the rooms are very spacious. Everything you need is close by on Transit Road. I stay here every time I am in the area which is at least twice a year and will not go anywhere else!"

"The Richardson is a wonderful hotel. It is a magnificent building and spending time on the lower level to learn about it's past it fascinating. If you can book a hard hat tour while you are there that is even more incredible. The staff was helpful and thoughtful. The grounds are incredible, spend time wandering in and outside. Take the "historic stair." Few aspects of the hotel are not great. It is "cashless" meaning they cannot change large bills in case you would like to tip services. Our...
