Khách sạn Ishida , Kurobe

"Staff were very helpful and patient, even with the language barrier"

"Good condition property, a bit dated but clean, free onsite parking, superb helpful and welcoming staff, very good amenities, very fast internet, breakfast is Japanese style but can cater for Vegans and Vegetarians. Very helpful restaurant staff...value for money hotel."

"Good place, would stay again."

"The attitude of staffs as trained by the policy are toward mainly western world which is different from the typical Japanese hospitality. If I choose a hotel at the same price range, I would not go back to hotel based on because other options with Japanese style hospitality are available to me in Japan. Good luck, Hilton Japan!!!"

"A truly unique and calm stay. The staff and amenities were as advertised and they have an amazing buffet breakfast that you must try. My room was clean and I had my own bathtub with termal water in my room. Its in a great location with the museum of glass very close by! I'll be staying here again. Thank you for the wonderful experience."
