"The resort was only opened for 2 months. The grounds were beautiful, there were lots of amenities, but the restaurants were lacking. There were great options of different places to eat. Most places we went were missing items on the menu and we were never informed. Some places the food was definitely better than others. Also all of the pools were warm. In a hot and humid place you wanted that refreshing coolness of the pools and it just wasn’t there. Accommodations overall were great though"

"We booked two rooms for two nights at this hotel during our first trip to the island. It was a last-minute booking, and overall it worked well for what we needed. The biggest advantage is the location. It's within easy walking distance of Playa Norte, as well as plenty of shops and restaurants, so it's very convenient. The rooms have also been recently updated, and the décor is modern and attractive. There were a few downsides, though. Only the guest rooms are air-conditioned, so be prepared for...

"My room #25 had a nice view of the courtyard, the pool, abd some ocean viewm. The king size bed was very comfortable. The only thing that I could say was that the bathroom sink faucet needed an aerator. When turned on, some water spray would get on the counter. Otherwise, it was an excellent experience."

"They claimed we had $910 of resort credits which meant absolutely nothing!! The front staff are no help answering any questions but the resort is super nice, clean, safe and the workers are very nice and friendly.."
