"I really enjoyed my stay here. Staff were nice and accommodating. I loved that we were greeted with complimentary cocktails during check in. Beautiful and spacious room but lacked a microwave and fridge to fit any leftovers. There was a very bad sewage smell coming from the shower, the phone in the room did not work and if you opened to the curtains to use natural lighting, the room would get super warm. If anyone stays here I think overall you’ll have a good experience but those few things...

"This is a great spot to stay for vacation. The place has a nice set up if you don’t want to go out, clean rooms, amenities available and air conditions rooms as well. They also do tours if you’re not sure what to do while you’re there! I would recommend this place and also go back when I’m in Puerto Rico."

"This is branded as a luxury hotel but it is definitely not. The building is old, the rooms are dated, the hallways have a musty smell, the service is average at best, and the food is lacking. Check-in “begins” at 4 but you’re not guaranteed to have your room ready by then. My room wasn’t ready until 4:30. "

"My only complaint is that we were not able to adjust the thermostat in our room. It was set at 63 degrees the whole time. Our only option was to have maintenance turn it off at the main control and then turn it back on but were never able to adjust the temperature from our room and it was either 63 degrees or nothing. Called maintenance multiple times. Otherwise everything was great."

"Loved our balcony with a table and chairs and a beautiful beach view. Loved sitting for breakfast looking straight out onto the beach. Lounge chairs and umbrellas were readily available.
We had a loud air conditioning unit near our room and the ice machine in our hall didn’t work, but those are the only two minuses. The AC didn’t keep Us awake. And the hotel has huge dispensers of ice water flavored with orange slices all around the lobby, so we didn’t suffer. Would love to stay here again!
