"Location great, close to expressway. When you pull up to the property it looks great, when you walk in it looks a bit dated. Room was also dated a bit, it was clean, just looked dated. Ceiling in bathroom above shower had rust and or mold and obviously had been patched before. Absolutely not a terrible place to stay, just not up to date in appearance on the interior in my opinion. And lastly, they have a new invention out there called soft close toilet seats, I'm just saying.."

"Pro: The room was spacious and clean. I love the fact that we had a microwave and fridge in the room. The bed was super comfy as well. Con: On several occasions we hard a dog barking and people talking in the hall. We had the breakfast buffet and it was NOT worth it for the money you pay. It was almost $30.00 for two of us. I get a better free continental breakfast at other hotels. "

"We stayed at Arista for a family wedding nearby in Wheaton. Room was clean, comfortable beds and pillows, bathroom was great. No top sheets on the bed (Euro duvet covers) which I really liked. Our adult kids stayed on the floor above us and had a nice clothes steamer and Dyson hair dryer in their room (ours did not, but still nice hair dryer). Quiet hotel, great coffee shop and bar attached to the lobby. Helpful and polite staff! Great experience and we would stay there again."

"The one positive for us was the breakfast was decent and had a good variety. That being said, the pool was freezing and unusable, as well as the main doors to the pool wouldn’t unlock, you had to use a side door. They also had no guest laundry facilities."

"Blood stains on the carpet, room smelt sour like must and urine, refrigerator was broken and had a bunch of loose water in it. Staff hassled me about checking in even thought the room was fully payed for already."

"For a limited service hotel, it is top notch. The gym is excellent and you can’t beat free WiFi and breakfast when you are a business traveler."

"We have stayed at this hotel many times and always appreciate the friendly staff—Kelly, in particular, was especially helpful during our visit. The breakfast was okay, though it feels like the quality has slipped a bit compared to past stays. It’s also worth noting that this location hosts quite a few events, so be prepared for the hotel to feel a bit taken over on occasion. Our main issues were with the room comfort and maintenance.
