"Great customer service!"

"Not very welcoming, room was clean but other areas were not great. Nothing left for breakfast at 8:45 and the help didn't offer anything. Overall not the "Best" best western I've ever stayed at."

"The experience was not good. We were able to sleep there, that is about it. Pool was closed and the floors were not clean. The mattresses looked like that had been badly soiled and not replaced. This property is not doing anything as far as upkeep. I had to tighten screws on the shower knobs just to be able to turn the handles. I should have been paid to stay there because of all the issues. The safety lock on the door only had 2 out of 4 screws even holding it in. We will not stay a this...

"Dirty... Only good thing was the shower...but then ugh such a dirty floor...and the neighborhood was iffy... DIDN'T STAY OUR SECOND DAY!!!"

"This is my 2nd time staying here. I love the location, their breakfast, teas and espresso coffee machine they offer. Rooms have been super clean as well as the hallways. Roof top bar was great as well but needs more staffing as there was a 20 min wait for drinks. But understandable as they did not have enough people. Overall great stay."

"Spark hotel was a wonderful experience. Staff was friendly and helpful and very pet friendly with a grass section that generally is not available in other hotels. We will return when we travel again."

"Sandia Peak was a pleasant surprise. Clean hard floors. No old carpet. Top of the line bed, sooo comfortable. Mike and Aria(?) were helpful hosts and suggested a great place to eat. Highly recommended."

"Loved this hotel and all the amenities. Staff were super friendly. The entire property was aesthetically pleasing. Definitely enjoyed the speakeasy. Popsicles in the hydration room were a pleasant surprise! Would stay here again!"

"The problem wasn’t with the property itself. It was with Expedia and their incorrect information on whether or not there was an airport shuttle. There isn’t a shuttle and that was very inconvenient. I booked the hotel because of the shuttle. Expedia needs to get their act together on the information regarding the hotels information. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and changed rooms for me when the motorcycle noise was to annoying. They were very understanding."

"Very pleasant stay at Home2 Suites. The rooms were spacious with plenty of counter space and storage. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and even the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. The suite amenities like the dishwasher, sink, and mini refrigerator were very convenient, and the self-serve washer and dryer was a great bonus for longer stays or unexpected spills while traveling. "Great location! The staff was super nice. My two complaints is that the rooms have a musty smell to them. & I think they are understaffed in the restaurant. We waited awhile to get sat, and to get our order taken we ended up just leaving and eating somewhere else. The staff is great! And the location of the hotel was great! And the price was great for the location!"
