"I must admit that when I arrived, the room I had purchased was not available and I was disappointed. However, Geoffrey, the manager promised to make it right, and he and his staff did exactly that. The initial room was suboptimal, and they immediately switched me to a comparable room with similar amenities and offered to comp dinner and issue a refund. All of which was unnecessary because I didn't want any freebies, the staff's actions alone were compensation enough. The staff went above and beyond, were always cordial and willing to help, and my family and I had a great stay. The room was clean and tidy, the food from the restaurant was delicious, as was the complimentary full breakfast. The bar was a little pricey, but the atmosphere was was quite pleasant. All in all, an excellent stay!!! Thanks again Geoffrey from Las Vegas, great work in the land of mañana!"
