"Amazing location and amazing hospitality. AC was good. Facility is clean. Great cappuccino for in the morning which are served. rooms cleaned every day with new towels. Michael was very accommodating and reached out to me the day before check in. Only criticism is that the shower pressure in the room can be increased - maybe just a thing in that one room Highly recommend "

"Check in was around 15pm but we arrived around 10am to leave our bagage, but we were told our room already finished so we can check in earlier, it was such a nice surprise , and they even beought us tea and coffee, snacks etc, we didnt expect so much kindness and generosity, best reception we ever have got. "B&B located in "new city" near the old town. Every so often I stay in a place where the owners really understand what travelers need and have thoughtfully designed an experience to those needs: this is one of those places. "This hotel is really close to Cefalu train station. The City Center is walkable. Everyone is friendly and food is decent. The only thing that I did not like was that I had to carry my luggages down a flight of stairs. I did not know that there is an elevator option, but someone from the inside has to open the door because the elevator is inside another building at the left side."

"Gabriele is the most amazing and accommodating host! Five stars from us ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ He welcomed us personally at the property, check in went smoothly, and gave us personal recommendations for dinner. He also helped us find parking nearby and suggested several local attractions in Palermo. "It’s a little out of the area which could be good or bad lots of walking, The room was newly done and nice felt safe! A grocery and bakery very close and a couple nice restaurants an excellent pizza place around the corner!! A tiny bar across the street with the coldest cheapest beer and the guys were priceless!! "The room we got was nice and spacious with a good size bathroom and a lovely balcony with great view. It was easy to deal with the manager, but we spoke italian. The area is a bit dodgy, and the street was quite noisy until about 2am on Friday. No shower gel or soap. Overall, good value for money, would recommend it."

"After checking reviews of this place I was a bit worried but overall we did enjoy our stay. We are family of 4 and stayed 7 nights in bungalow. Accommodation was spacious and clean however very outdated. AC only in the bedroom so kids who were sleeping in living/dining area complained of a heat. This is a sport complex which is available to the public so at the weekends quite busy. But plenty of sun beds so no issue with finding a spot. Big swimming pool, however swimming cups are necessary....
