"Staff was great with lost luggage, restaurant recommendations, taxis, and just overall very nice. Highly recommend!!!"

"Everywhere was clean.Staff were very courteous but need training to work less stressful. Breakfast room was almost everyday chaotic with no management for guests seating. Food and fruits were in abundance and floor managers were in panic attack modes. Hammam was clean and the masseuse was excellent. We will definitely use this location for our next stay in Istanbul."

"Pool was very nice. But it is not good that one of the most expensive hotels in turkey has no new smart tv for streaming basic apps like youtube. Their TV system is too basic! The internet was also not good enough. And they had a day of early closure for pool plus a day of maintenance of systems that you could not benefit properly the room services! If I pay that much of money! I want to be able to use what I paid for! You cannot put a note on desk that today the pool is closed for a party, or fridge is locked for a day for system update! Overally, it is a very nice hotel but not in good hands and a proper management!"

"The location is good because everything is walkable to most places we want to go. To get to the other side of Cross, the gelato bridge is about a 28-minute walk from the hotel. It's also easy to get a taxi around the hotel. If there is no traffic, taking a taxi to your destination is reasonably priced, but make sure to run the meter and not agree to a flat rate. They can overcharge you by 200-300 lira."

"Overall very nice property with a good location. Hotel is well maintained too. Just a couple of things that didn’t go too well: Beds seemed a little old n sagged a bit and housekeeping did not replace coffee sachets and also towels and bathroom floor mat were taken but not replaced. All in all pretty happy with the stay."
