"My family was very happy with their stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable. They welcomed my family with tea upon arrival, which really touched my mom’s heart. The rooms are beautifully maintained, very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The room felt so warm and inviting that you simply didn’t want to leave! We would definitely stay here again."

"All good. Breakfast is okay and standard. The staff is courteous. The hotel is right in the heart of Karaköy and close to the tram (though access by car is impossible after noon, I think). The soundproofing isn’t 100% but is very decent at blocking out noise at night. Although the reception and hallway are kind of small, the room is new, well-kept and spacious with full amenities. The bed is comfy. I like their upscale bathroom products as well."

"Excellent and new facility. Very clean rooms and great location."

"we really enjoyed our stay with Som Tom suites. the staff were all very friendly and helpful, for us, the breakfast staff were excellent, very friendly and thoughtful and so were the reception staff. The location was great for walking access to good shopping and the waterfront and the area was safe for walking day and night. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. It is a small hotel with thoughtful extras like complementary afternoon tea after a busy day which we appreciated."

"Das war nicht unser erster Besuch. Alles tipptopp wie immer."

"Great location and actually so quiet for where it was. So clean. Great for a short stay as rooms are cozy. Exceeded my expectations and would recommend it to friends."

"My stay at The Peninsula Istanbul was exceptional. Every staff member made us feel warmly welcomed and cared for, with gracious hospitality and thoughtful attention throughout our visit. The food was excellent, adding to an already wonderful experience. My heartfelt thanks to the entire team for making our stay so memorable."

"Perfect location for cafes shopping and site seeing. Awesome service too."

"We stayed at this hotel for 8 days, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, and the staff were absolutely wonderful, very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I especially loved the staff working there; they really made our stay more enjoyable. The main downside for us was the size of the room. It was very small, with barely enough space to open our luggage and organize or look for our belongings, which became quite difficult during an 8-day stay. The location is also...

"The hotel is fantastic, rooms are clean and the bathroom is huge. It is within walking distance to everything and being in Karakoy it is away from the chaos. The staff are great"

"Excellent location Excellent staff Highly recommended"

"The suite is beautiful and Spacious"

"Our stay with you was magnificent. The rooms were beautiful and clean with a wonderful view."
