"小さいお子さんのいるご家庭での宿泊にはとてもいいですね。今回はホテルでのんびり温泉に浸かって寛ぐ大人の旅行として宿泊しました。できれば大人だけの階があるといいかな。廊下の声がどこまでも響いて朝5時には起こされてしまいました笑。客室単独での温度調整ができませんが、寒いと相談したところ、毛布とヒーターをお借りすることができました。レストランのスタッフさんもとてもいい感じの方が多いです。受付の方には適当な対応をされたことが残念でした。紅葉の時期にまた利用したいと思います。"

"This was a nice hotel located very close to aizuwakamatsu station. It was dated- the bathroom was clean, but had a kind of old smell. The air conditioning didn’t work well, but it was cool enough to open the window. There were no laundry facilities, but there was a coin laundry pretty close by. We were given drink vouchers for each night’s stay but we didn’t use them because we felt underdressed for the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful- we transferred luggage and they were very helpful with that. Close to a 7-eleven and restaurants were nearby. Overall a nice stay and would stay again if going to the Aizu area."
