"Great stay, very clean, close to everything, and friendly staff. Only drawbacks we felt were the parking is too small, wish they had a full size fridge with kitchenette, and pool was too small for size of hotel and wish they had a hot tub to rest achy joints and feet after Disneyland. Overall great experience, like I said very clean and breakfast had one of the best continental breakfasts I've seen at a hotel. Very convenient for Disneyland!"

"Very disappointed with my stay. The room and overall experience did not meet the standards I expected. I reported my concerns directly to the hotel and even filed a formal complaint afterward, but weeks later I’ve received no response. It’s one thing to have issues during a stay—it’s another to completely ignore a guest afterward. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t stay here again."

"Rooms were spacious and accommodating for our large group. Pool was closed due to renovations, which was a bummer. There was no indication that it would be closed when we booked. The breakfast was decent."

We enjoyed our room, although we were not able to use it to its full capacity and I explained why below. There are floors that are closed due to construction- understandable. "The two bedroom suite was amazing, the staff is very accommodating. Our bathroom door lock was broken and unable to be shut, so that was a bit of a bummer. Convenient breakfast, the one bedroom suite is not as easily accessible though. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable, do not recommend the sofa bed. The pool area is really nice big hot tub, big pool, clean pool, however, the umbrellas need to be better secured, there were two that were faulty, and one almost fell on somebody."
