"The good: The staff was friendly and our room was clean. It is centrally located to just about anywhere you want to visit. The not so good: The air conditioning worked but we constantly had to adjust the thermostat to get the air to come on and the room could not hold its temperature. Our room was only attended to 1 time during a five night six day stay (and only because I asked). Toilet paper was worth its weight in gold. The bad: The pillows should be thrown away. We went to Walmart next door and bought new ones. The breakfast that was included would have been a six year old’s dream (waffles and sugary cereal). There was no spread for bagels, no meat during the week (only dry eggs and susage gravy which seemed old). The coffee was very bad. We actually went to McDonald’s twice and the local grocery store to buy breakfast items for our room. "

"Very well maintained. Only the room I was given has no latch to close washroom door.There was a big gap between the door that you can see inside."

"Not a good feeling when the check in desk has 2 inch bullet proof glass. Room ok for the price and just slept a few hours after U of M won the Natty!"

"Arrived on a very busy Saturday to many guests sitting in the lobby with luggage. We were told housekeeping would not release rooms until 4pm. We waited for 1.5 hours from check-in in a line that wrapped through the lobby and out the front doors of the hotel. When we finally got to the desk I was told my room with two queens would still be a while but they could give me a room with one king bed. We were already late for the event we were scheduled to attend so I had to take the downgrade. An okay hotel with a nice location, but due to the inconvenience and absolute horrible management of a very busy day I will only stay here as a last resort. Really, really disappointing. Avoid if possible especially if you have a time constraints that will not allow you to spend your entire evening waiting to check in."
