"We were supposed to be given a room with two queen size beds. The two beds were double beds not queen so they were small. We only had one chair in our room. My daughter had two. The towel hook on the back of the bathroom door was missing. My daughter said her sheets had stains on them. We both had a towel with a hole in it. We brought swimsuits so the kids could go swimming. The pool was closed! They were sad."

"The hotel and room were just okay. Needs updating including paint and hallway carpets. Tv remote did not work and neither did the alarm clock. The paint was peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom. Definitely not worth $300 a night but overall fine for one night. The bed was comfortable and the blankets were nice."

"Arrived on a very busy Saturday to many guests sitting in the lobby with luggage. We were told housekeeping would not release rooms until 4pm. We waited for 1.5 hours from check-in in a line that wrapped through the lobby and out the front doors of the hotel. When we finally got to the desk I was told my room with two queens would still be a while but they could give me a room with one king bed. "Parking was easy, but lots of potholes. Room was clean but outdated"

"The elector to our room pilates on the 3rd floor was out of order during our whole stay! The door to the room was stuck closed you had to give it a kick to open or close! The faucet in the bathroom was just put in the whole in the marble you had to hold it still to be able to operate it… would not stay again and would not recommend it"

"Staff had just come in from smoking so the ENTIRE lobby smelled like smoke. The next day the lobby smelled like rotten food. The first room I had, had ants. They moved us rooms, the second room, the carpet was coming up, the bedsheets were stained and it smelled. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The air unit was extremely loud and sounded like running water. "
