"Our room is a good size and has great amenities. There were also some simple personal touches added--a bow made out of tissues for the tissue box was cute. The host on shift was very helpful in offering to help get our items to our room door on the second floor. The hotel is having some renovations, but our area isn't affected. The dining room is spacious. The area nearby has great shopping and dining options, and the location is near the highway and is easy to find. "

"The sign on the outside says a complete different name. There was trash in our hallway and trash can for hall was full!! Our toilet seat was bot put on properly! Went to do my laundry and the dryer never got Hot! Coffee in the room was gross. Breakfast was to go only with no option for a different drink for kids. They had homeless hanging out around the hotel!! We had no control of ac in our room "
