"This establishment was by far one of the nicest places I have ever stayed... It felt more like renting a house than being at a hotel... Mostly because we were the only people there due to bad weather. The property is very remote, with a 15 to 30 minute drive to go to Walmart or dinner. (A lot of places close at 9:00 p.m., so get there early.) The property was very quiet in the morning, which allowed for spending time outside and enjoying nature... Especially from the enclosed deck. "Difficult check in. Could not find my reservation. The room set up was nice and spacious. Close to the beach. Continental breakfast was in a very small area without enough space. Had food on a cart in hall which was not convenient. Limited options."

"Everything was great. Location is great, right across from the beach, on the main drag, but far enough away from busy area. Room was clean and nicely decorated and very roomy with amenities being great. The beds were comfortable with comfy pillows. I think 2 extra blankets in the room would have been nice. Breakfast was ok but hours should be until 9:30, 7 days a week. Staff was very nice and friendly. Parking on site and very adequate."

"The first room they gave us had a horrible smell. There was mold in the bathroom, stains on the wall. The second the inside lock was broken and it had no towels. We made the best of the situation but I’ll never book here again. The only thing that did work was the a/c"

"We arrived at the location and the guy in the front said the system what down and it wouldn’t be up for hours or until 7am. we couldn’t get a refund because no one responded to our message we sent. I had to spend more money for a different hotel."

"Parking lot seemed a little sketchy because a professional looking police camera was set up in parking lot. Needs remodeling and needs more staff. Needs new beds and bedding. Stay on 4 th floor if you want to avoid so much noise. Walls are thin. Breakfast was also a 2 star. The price seemed really good but for 50 a day more could have been much better and more centrally located. That all being said I wont be staying at this particular Laquinta again."
