"Everything was amazing, only issue we had was the spotlight a foot away from the window shining in, made it seem like daylight outside even with both blinds closed. Other than that, staff was very friendly, breakfast was good. Would stay again"

However, upon arrival, we were informed that the room assignments had been mixed up and that no adjacent rooms were available. "Place is updated with nice renovations and hardwood flooring. Also had a microwave, fridge and TV. Really great value on the dollar. Close to Trader Joe’s."

"Easy parking. Walk to SU. Nicely renovated. Staff were super helpful and accommodating. After I checked-in at night, I asked the staff at the bar if I can put my mini ice pack in the freezer. She was very helpful and went extra miles to take my mini ice pack to the basement fridge. BTW. They have mini fridge in the room. In the morning, another lady at the front desk gladly and swiftly retrieved my mini freezer pack from downstairs upon my check-out. Had a nice night sleep after a hot shower."

"The Internet was very weak and spotty. I had to use my own phone hotspot to watch TV as there was no wifi signal. The tub needs non slip pads or mat as I slipped and almost hurt myself. Staff was friendly and helped as best as they could. The elevator is a big plus as well"

"Toilet seat broken. Tv and WiFi not working even after resetting multiple times. Stains and holes in duvet. Curtains broken- didn't close all the way. Had to use hair clips to keep them closed so people didn't see us undress and maintain privacy. Walls peeling and like dripping. Light in ceiling doesn't work. Although it looks like they tried to upgrade, there are small details they miss. Staff was nice but next time the cleaners/ maintenance people need to fix things."
