"When checking in the female clerk was chewing on something, gum, candy or food) and it was difficult to understand her. Getting the shuttle was quick as I left at 5 am and the driver was sitting at the front desk ready to leave. Breakfast wasn’t served until 6 am. "

"Upon arrival, we requested a second luggage rack. It never came. On our second day there our room was never cleaned. So all the garbage from the day before, and the beds were not maintained."

The breakfast was terrible. The waffle makers did not work. It was not open at the time stated and the juices were rancid. The staff did help after bringing up these discrepancies. "Parking was well lit and there was plenty of space. It was raining when we arrived and I was thankful we could unload near the door and not get our luggage wet. The luggage racks were right there and easy to use. For the price of the hotel it was clean and mostly quiet. I could hear other doors shut happened twice. But the doors were heavy. It didn't bother me or wake me up. My boys both enjoyed the hot huge waffles at breakfast. I was thankful there was coffee and I didn't have to drive...
