"Área and condition hotel really bad. It dirty doesn’t even look close to pictures. Dirty room and bed sheet and towels. No privacy they don’t even let you hold onto your own room key if your going out to eat. Can’t trust your stuff inside room. "

"This property is not a hotel but operating as function venue. Each night there are multiple parties with loud vibrating music being heard in the rooms till early hours of the morning. The staff are polite enough however our complaints of not being able to sleep due to the noise were ignored. Nor were we properly compensated for the inconvenience and not being able to get a decent nights sleep. Eventually we checked out earlier than our departure date into another hotel. "It was very disappointing that the swimming pool was closed. At the time of booking it was advertised this hotel has a pool, which is the only reason I booked it. Everyday was told that it would open the following day, we stayed there 7 nights, and the pool finally opened on the day we left the hotel- 2nd April"
