"I had room 29, a double bed with balcony. It was beautiful, modern, clean, and in a quiet area but only a couple blocks to restaurants. The breakfast is modest but satisfactory. To the hotel, I would suggest putting electric kettles in each room. I, as well as others, would use this to boil water and not have to rely on bottled water. Just a thought for an "eco" hotel."

"The front desk staff was amazing! We checked in during a rain storm and the hotel had been hit by lightning and their computers and they computers were out. The staff maintained their professionalism and got us in a room quickly. Thank you for your help "

"We stayed at the fabulous Lido Hotel for 2 nights in December 2025. The hotel is located in central Santa Cruz, within a 4 block walk from Plaza 24 de Septiembre, and also a short 10 minute walk from the iconic Cristo Redentor statue. Check in was quick and painless, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a large attached full bathroom. The air conditioner did a great job of cooling the room. Breakfast was served each...
