"Unprofessional front desk attendant when asking for linens for sofa bed. There is no hot tub. it is sealed and concreted. The pictures are false. The pool was freezing for the children. We would have been better off with an outdoor pool. Suite size was good and if you need space that is good. Room felt clean."

"Very clean and spacious room in the heart of downtown Louisville. Parking is a pain as the only option is a tiny surface lot for $34 a night or the third floor of a parking garage with no convenient way to and from for $22 a night. Hotel itself is very nice. Staff is not terribly friendly or helpful but overall it is a good option if you’re in Louisville."
