"Wir haben den Aufenthalt wirklich genossen, super modernes und sauberes Hotel in hervorragender Lage. Freundliches Personal und Kostenlose Heißgetränke den ganzen Tag. Das Bett war wirklich bequem und das Zimmer geräumig und ansprechend gestaltet. Allerdings haben wir unser Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, als sehr hellhörig empfunden. Die Zimmertür hat Geräusche der Haupttür und der Lobby durchgelassen. Dies hat unserem Aufenthalt jedoch keinen Dämpfer verpasst - wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Amazing space to stay off the beaten path. Lovely neighborhood. Room was just as advertised, maybe even better. The only few draw backs were that there was an amazing backyard but you couldn’t smoke in it so you needed to walk through the lobby each time you wanted to, which was fine due to their being adequate space in front which wasn’t far, so it never felt like you were being put out. Also the roomcleaners didn’t come around quick enough when we would step out and they didn’t offer...

"Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast including buffet and order menu was very good, and the service was great. The front desk staffs were polite and very helpful. The location of the hotel is close to train central station and some of landmarks. We enjoyed stays in the hotel."

"I had a great Executive room with view of the bridge. Got 20% off coupon from Expedia but didn't use it. Their breakfast was 27Euro, not cheap even with discount. Coffee machine in the room was great. Lobby has coffee in the morning, water all day, or can refill from gym. Checked out sauna, it was nice. Room has small bar of soap, no lotion, but shower gel/shampoo and conditioner. Located 2 stops away from Central train station via tram, with stop right outside of hotel. Took one star off as...

"The toilets and showers were very clean! The pod was also as we expected. The only thing we disliked was that the ventilation in our pod wasn't working correctly, so it got very hot in there and we also got headaches in the morning. In general it was a great experience, but due to the poor ventilation, I wouldn't stay longer than a night. The location is also very central in Rotterdam, so it is easy to walk around in the city."

"When we checked in we indicated we had been up for over 30 hours and were very tired. We were given a room with a lounge above and all we heard for hours were the scraping of chairs, so needless to say we didn't get any rest."

"Two people at the reception lied to my face. Because of this, I had to pay 20 euros I could have saved if it wasn't for this lack of communication. When spoken to the other receptionists and even the manager, they didn't care. They were laughing and only cared about getting 20 lousy euros. This costs a client and potential new clients. Specially if you demonstrate you only care about money and not clients. Makes no sense. Awful customer experience, I'll never return."

"The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The pod was very comfortable and it even had a bluetooth sound if you want to hear music. We also liked the lockers (free of charge), since it helped a lot that we didn't have to carry our luggage around in Rotterdam. The location is very central and you can walk everywhere, train and metro stations also nearby. I loved to stay here and would definitely come again!"
