"Wir haben den Aufenthalt wirklich genossen, super modernes und sauberes Hotel in hervorragender Lage. Freundliches Personal und Kostenlose Heißgetränke den ganzen Tag. Das Bett war wirklich bequem und das Zimmer geräumig und ansprechend gestaltet. Allerdings haben wir unser Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, als sehr hellhörig empfunden. Die Zimmertür hat Geräusche der Haupttür und der Lobby durchgelassen. Dies hat unserem Aufenthalt jedoch keinen Dämpfer verpasst - wir kommen gerne wieder."

"The apartment was very clean and it had a kitchenette that you could do a bit of cooking. We enjoyed that it was right across the street from the train station, so very convenient for us. Our apartment was a corner apartment so it had lots of windows facing the train station. Each floor had their own laundromat. Staff were super friendly and ready to tell you tourist information. We would definitely stay here again."

"Hotel was perfect location for touring around Rotterdam and for bars and restaurants. Hotel feels new and well kept. The lounge and market on the 2nd floor was perfect for grabbing breakfast snacks and drinks. Would definitely stay again."

"** READ & AVOID THIS HOTEL ** We have stayed there many times but now never again. Definitely not a 4 star hotel! The disgusting lack of cleanliness in the room was our main issues. We went to sleep in the bed, we noticed there was no sheet, when we pulled back the fitted sheet it was stained! There was approximately 6 or 7 different stains on the sheet! We complained they sent up cleaning staff & she went to put the new fitted sheet on it also was also stained. Nobody is bothering to check if...

"Propere kamer, praktisch ingericht. Voldoende ruimte, badkamer was zeer aangenaam. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wifi alleen toegankelijk als je een Memberschip aangaat. Ontbijt was niet altijd even goed aangevuld, maar wel meer dan voldoende keuze en zeer lekker."

"Great location and a nice room. Beware that there is no lift (we had to carry cases up 5 flights of stairs). Some other guests were noisy late at night and the doors are not soundproof!"

"Plain room. Carpets definitely need to be steam cleaned. Very minimal amenities. Good for an overnight waiting on a flight, but would not recommend for a lengthy stay. The highlight was that the breakfast had a great assortment of foods and beverages."

"Premier soir du bruit à l’étage du dessous jusqu’à 2h du matin. 3 eme soir bruit musique toute la nuit puis bagarre dans le couloir vers 7h. Nous ne nous sommes pas senti en sécurité et avons abrégé notre séjour et n’y avons pas passé la dernière nuit. Nous attendons un remboursement. "
