"The room was large and luxurious. The king bed was very comfortable and shower was large enough for two. They served a variety of pastries including almond croissants for breakfast. The staff was very helpful with purchasing event tickets and sightseeing. You can see the Hollywood sign from the pool deck on the roof. My wife and I had the best vacation ever!"

"We stayed at The Aster while attending a show at the Pantages, and the location couldn't have been more convenient. The hotel was very clean, and our suite was spacious, but several aspects of the stay were disappointing. Upon arrival, we were asked for our full name three separate times—by the valet, front-door security, and the front desk—this felt excessive and unnecessarily repetitive. "What a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hollywood Walk of Fame! We were made to feel like a home away from home! Especially the service of Marieta & Veronica, I have stayed in a lot of hotels in my time and have never had service this good. They are kind, caring and always looking after my 3 children. The breakfast is delicious, pool is great for the kids and rooms are very clean and modern!"

"Definitely a stylish hotel with cool decor. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. Free breakfast was included, on the roof, which was pleasant. Our room had a view of the Hollywood sign (in the distance) which we loved. On the downside, the rooftop bar is only open Thurs-Sat. It was not clear when the downstairs restaurant/bar was open. It was closed on a Monday when we were there. As women travelers, we did not feel safe walking to a restaurant in the area at night (but Uber/Lyfts...

"While the room was technically as described, it was very old. We were on the third floor and had an "ocean view," however this just meant a small sliver of ocean in the distance. The curtains for the balcony didn't close all the way meaning that your intimate activities are seen by the entire outside (we used a clothespin to hang them together). The worst part was the noise. The walls seem paper-thin. We could hear small children yelling and people walking right outside our room at 7am waking...

"The room was clean and large size and had a full kitchen with laundry. There was no staff onsite but I don’t mind that. I stayed here with my husband and two teenagers and it was great. The WiFi was slow and the extra large closet could use a luggage rack or two. Other than that I would stay there again."
