"Had a lovely 5 night stay. Nice room, very clean. Helpful staff, everyone was very friendly and nice. There are major works going on to the outside at the quay side of the hotel(March 2026), made absolutely no difference as it was too cold to sit out anyway. I’m sure this will be completed by the time the weather gets better. Overall we had a great time and would return "

"This place was head and shoulders above the Premier Inns in the UK. I use the chain for work fairly frequently and for pleasure occasionally so I have a good idea what to expect, most are OK, a few are better and a few are poor. This one in St Helier however was exceptional. The price was very reasonable. It was very clean and airy, the young staff were exceptionally helpful and very nice. The breakfast was well cooked. Shower heat was easy to control. It was everything we wanted for a long weekend.The only slight negative from my point of view was the bath, it was a bit shallow for my tastes as I like a good wallow."

"Room was dated, but very tidy and clean, pool facilities were okay, but in need of refurbishment. The sauna was out of order and the mini gym lacked a treadmill. We stayed in a family room, it could have done with more towel rails in the bathroom and a drying rack for when the weather is less agreeable. Otherwise, the staff were amazing and made our stay memorable and fantastic. The plentiful parking was a massive bonus, as was the included breakfast."

"Rooms are clean.... and warm. The heated pool is lovely. Mainly older guests stay. Perfect location for walking into st helier (10- 15 mins). Staff couldnt do enough for you. Food was good, a different selection every night. A nice bar with at least the basics of each type of drink. "

"Lovely area beautiful gardens and pool area Alittle but far from st helier not walkable as mainly up hill . Good if you have a car Does have courtesy bus early morning Lovely staff helpful friendly "

"Hotel spotlessly clean. Room cleaned with fresh towels and bedding every day. Breakfast of fruit, cereal, pastries and also a lovely freshly cooked breakfast with unlimited tea and coffee. So much nicer than the buffet style in many hotels. Hosts were charming and made us welcome. One word of caution for those who struggle. There is no lift. The area is hilly but there’s a good bus service. "
