Great staff, friendly and saw to our every need. Welcoming wonderful check in even considering it was very busy. Loved the champagne welcome. Nice bedding super clean and lovely robes in the rooms.

Carlsbad Inn Beach Resort
The room smelled of mildew and the noise from the upper level was loud. We called about the upper level noise and nothing was done. The location of the property is great but the rooms are a bit smelly.
