"The room and property were very clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were always on hand and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent most days and we appreciated the gentleman who put out the tastiest menus. The cleaners could be obstinate about refusing to even speak one word of English but I don’t know any Spanish either. It was just their attitude that was disturbing. We had a good week visiting sites around Grand Rapids and had a restful stay at the hotel."

"Free electric vehicle chargers - this is a HUGE benefit and very much appreciated. The property was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good and location very convenient. Recommend!"
