"Room was very clean. We had issues with our keys 2 times Fitness area was well maintained and clean. Breakfast was disappointing. Both the eggs and potatoes had peppers on them (western style). Definitely not ideal if you are feeding children. Overall facilities were adequate for what we needed. Lastly you might want want to mention that you have to access the parking garage to a access the property"

"Tried to check in 5 minutes before the check in time of 3:00p.m. and was told I would be charged $25 if I checked in early. The rooms while nice are extremely small but again, they are very nice. The room above us seemed to be having a raging dance party at around 4:30a.m. till about 6a.m. which was great as it sounded like a herd of elephants running back and forth"

"The stay was nice, the room was decent. Breakfast was great for the kids and the coffee was good and 24/7. The outside was pretty gross and they were having some technical difficulties, but the staff was very helpful."

"This was a nice hotel to stay at in a great location to downtown. It’s very close to everything. The staff was great. My only complaint was the housekeeping staff. They originally skipped cleaning our room, so I called to have it freshened up while we were going to be gone. We came back only to find one bed was made, none of the garbage was taken out, and the only thing they really did was bring fresh towels. They could do a much better job. Other than housekeeping, we had a great stay."
