It's okay but it's not a hotel - it's a mid-size house with rooms to rent. No reception desk (you have to call the staff to check-in when you arrive and wait). Also isn't 3-star. Asked for basic amenities like a first aid kit and was told where to purchase it.

It’s very clean and comfortable, and walking distance to GWK park where the Soundrenaline festival is held.
