"The shower was dirty with no conditioner or shampoo. The room smelled like smoke, it was loud and too expensive for the quality of the room . The beds were comfy but the upstairs room was loud."

"The rooms were spacious for being in the Bay Area. The property was kept clean and the valet was always available to retrieve our vehicle. The staff was friendly and helpful. We felt safe staying in the area and took a walk during the day. We would stay again if needed."

"I’m thinking there was a kid in the room above my room and that kid was jumping around the entire time I was in my room. I notified the front desk but Nothing happened and the noise continued. I’m afraid I will be seeking other lodging options when I return to Oakland in a few weeks."

"Pros: Close to the beach (we didn't go). Beds were ok. It felt pretty safe. Had a pool with reasonable hours. Shower had good water pressure. They had complementary soap. They had a small breakfast nook in the morning. They thanked us for our stay when we left. Next to a bowling alley (if you have kids/want to do something fun that's close). Had a stove and a fridge in room, but we didn't use stove. Cons: Weren't ready for us to check in at our designated time, which made us late. They were...
