"We love staying at the New Otani Hotel. It is elegant and relaxing. The large Sogetsu ikebana arrangement is a great way to welcome guests and there are beautiful floral arrangements throughout the hotel. The Hinoki bath in our room was a wonderful experience. We enjoyed our view of the traditional garden while having breakfast. The view from the Garden Tower restaurant on the 40th floor was spectacular. The staff was highly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We intend to stay there again during future visits to Tokyo."

"Seamless check in and check out experience. Complimentary items such as toothbrush, hairbrush, face mask, and other items at the lobby is a lovely offer. The property is modern and clean (there are a few dated scratches and marks on walls but that’s just usual wear). The rooms are rather small but if you stay organized, you’ll be fine. Having a 7/11 on premises with direct access through the hotel entrance is a plus. All in all a great experience. "
