"This is a great hotel. Lots of families and the staff was excellent in dealing with the crowds. Our room was large and very comfortable, and the bathroom shower was six stars. The breakfast and cocktail hour were justly popular and the food and drink was very good with plenty of places to sit. We’d love to come back."

"Only one elevator. No working ice machines. Toilet would not flush. Staff was nice and tried to help but ownership isn’t keeping things fixed. I would avoid."

"Perfect hotel for families with kids or teams traveling together. Quality breakfast, ample space to congregate and enjoy each other's company. workout room to get your heart rate up and a convient laundry room on the 2nd floor. Only complaint is that there's only one ice machine and it's in the lobby. People were filling up full large coolers and ice bags."

"I have stayed at this hotel 3 or 4 times. Our room, #215 needs some maintenance. We came into the room, and the toilet didn’t flush. We called the front desk and maintenance was up in a few minutes and fixed it. There was nasty stain in the bathtub. It wasn’t dirty but a new tub is definitely needed. It looks gross. The bathroom faucet was funky and you had to move it around to shut it off. Definitely need a remodel/update in this room. For one night it was ok"

"They are a dog friendly hotel with an indoor dog park! Our room had an electric "fireplace" and 2 large televisions. Comfy couch and leather chair in "sitting " area, in front of fireplace. Very nice lounge and restaurants for atmosphere and relaxing. Valet parking was quick and the boys were very friendly and nice."

"This place is a dump with good service and okay food. When I come back I will likely stay somewhere else as there is a parkade across the street that can be parked at to access Cleveland Clinic"

"Room was good - not the most pristine I’ve seen but not bad. No ice bucket in our room, which was a small annoyance. The pool is on the smaller side and they were out of towels, although the property guy brought some upon request. He was hustling every time we saw him; maybe they’re a little understaffed. Gym is nice. Hotel location is on the edge of residential areas but close to medical facilities, so it felt safe. Cute little coffee and crepes place around the corner too. Hotel breakfast was...
