"The room was not as clean as I was expecting considering how nice the lobby and pics were. For the price I am more than disappointed in the cleanliness of the whole establishment. The pool was dirty with leaves and bugs."

"The rooms were very clean. And that’s the only thing I have nice to say. We came here for a graduation and this hotel was in the middle of renovations, so it was a bit of a mess. The name is not Seville, it’s Spark by Hilton. It’s also right next to a very busy Quik Trip which can get very rowdy the later in the day it gets. I wasn’t impressed in the slightest bit to be completely honest. And the rate doesn’t match the quality of the hotel at all. Most expensive rate I’ve paid probably because of the area it’s in. Also the hotel stinks. It’s very hot upstairs like there is no air circulation and it smells like a dead body upstairs. Just be cautious when you book. I think renovations will be done sometime next month."

"The parking for the property was aweful. No room at all and was charged 22 bucks for it. But the rest was pretty good. I guess the frosted shower door to the bathroom being in the middle of the room made me feel as if I were on display while showering as well."

"Front desk (Sophie) was rude very unfriendly and very unhelpful.. which was a shame as the hotel is really lovely but her off handed manner spoilt it. We knew we were a little early and our room wasn't ready which we totally understood but when asked at what time would be convenient to check back and told us... I'm not a cleaner so I've no idea! Not at all helpful "

"The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is very large and the room was always cleaned impeccably! The staff was extremely conscious about cleaning up after the breakfast patrons and the pool area was kept well stocked with towels and was nice and clean as well. The breakfasts were lovely and so tasty! Parking worked well and the staff allowed our vehicle to be out front for 15 minutes while we just needed to go to the room for a few minutes in between trips. I would have liked to have had a bathtub in the bathroom, but the shower was spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. The staff was helpful in directing us to restrooms, ATM, and coffee at all times of day!"

"The room was nice and fairly large with an excellent rain shower head. Had an issue with the toilet when we arrived but it was fixed very quickly. Convenient location to the Plaza. We've stayed everywhere on the Plaza and this would rank in the upper 1/3 of places."
