"The room was clean however, it really needs some updates. There was only 1 plug in the bathroom area and you had to bring the coffee pot to the plug. It was a bit noisy at night as our room was right next to the freeway. There were no USB type ports in the room so if you did not bring an adapter, you were out of luck. The grab and go breakfast a joke. There was a coffee machine but the food choices were very limited, mostly prepackaged waffles, donuts and fruit, some yogurt choices but not...

"We had the AC unit ticking all night and kept as awake. I went and talked at the front desk and they did not do anything about it and were not offering to refund."

"There are trains that run through all night long and woke us up. They offered a white noise machine but none of that made a difference with how loud the trains were. The entire time we were there they also had issues with WiFi and we never had Internet. We let them know and the response was "we have been having problems maybe we need to restart the system." But it was never fixed. Would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone"

"Looking for a lower cost hotel in this area and this one was the most affordable. Newer building and great location to access the surrounding cities. We were warned that the amenities were sparse and packed accordingly so it wasn't a problem. The lack of even a plastic cup to take medications was a bit disappointing. A cheap ice tray in the freezer shouldn't be too much to ask either. TV was fine and refrigerator/freezer spacious. Stayed two nights so didn't test the capabilities of room...

"Expedia rating is misleading. We took this hotel basef on the excellent review given on Expedia app. The hotel was not clean at all, especially the corridors were dirty and the bathroom in the room. There was a bad smell in the room which was suffocating. We stayed 2 nights only because we did not had another option in a unknown place."

Also, housekeeping is apparently scheduled for every three days but I was there for 11 nights and they only came once, a full week into my stay. "As always a very reliable place to stay. Spacious rooms and soft bed. Clean room. Clean towels. Clean bed. Unfortunately, this location had a broken ice machine and breakfast was only a danish or granola bar with coffee."

"The hotel is under construction. The breakfast area was messy, dirty and the health department would have closed it down. The food selection was awful. Cold items were not on ice or kept cold in any way. IF I had known the hotel was under construction even with breakfast included (which was awful), I wouldn't have stayed there."

"There was 3-4 police cars and firefighters that had to physically remove some meth head that was screaming and cussing! We were asked to wait in the lobby while the police tried to de escalate and remove her. It was a whole thing but the staff were extremely nice and friendly! The hotel could use some updating and serious TLC."

"Our room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, bed was comfortable. Breakfast needs help. AC was broken and the front desk person said it's been down for awhile. They brought us a fan and said we could leave the window open. That did help to cool the room down but it was noisy all night and big lights outside made it very light in the room. So, sorry 3 stars is all you get. Please notify guests if there is no AC as advertised."
