"Our room was clean and comfortable but we had several issues with the bathroom. Saturday morning we reported that the toilet seat was loose, the bathroom sink was not draining and that the shower doors would not stay shut. "For me entering a hotel a have welcoming staff it’s essential. It a great feeling to be greeted and answered all questions. I was amazed that the ladies at the front desk both speak Spanish.
