"Hotel was fine, but value for money somewhat limited by the front desk automation process. While attendants are helpful where possible, they are limited by the booking system (for example, continuing a stay). Oddly low frills. Room cleaning process with towels and trash is a bit hit or miss. Location is good, staff is decent."

"The room was clean and tidy, although I wish we had a view of the kokugikan. The beds were much firmer than we are used to, which was expected as we have stayed at APA hotels before. The spa was nice with many different baths to choose from. We had breakfast at the Veranda once and it was okay, however we definitely found better value & better tasting food elsewhere. The biggest reason why I gave this hotel 4 stars instead of 5 is the elevators. They are super busy at most times, expect long waits to go down to the lobby or up to your floor, and expect to pass by multiple elevators as they will be full when they stop on your floor. One of the biggest annoyances is that the elevator will fill up with people from guest room floors heading to the spa, then on its way back up it will be already full from people leaving the spa and going back to their rooms. So people waiting in the lobby have no choice but to wait even longer for an elevator with space in it."

"Best parts of this stay: the washer and dryer, large room space, and small kitchen. Location is a little bit further out from major train station entrances that the average person would use (about a 13min walk). Super easy for taxi pick up though, because the hotel is easy to locate. It is directly on the main street of Kappabashi, so you can walk out and start shopping for kitchen goods. "

"the location is not convenient if you like to use the train to go to other towns. the atmosphere around the hotel is l lively during the day and chaotic (drinking) at night if you like that kind of scene"

"This hotel is amazing. Brand new renovated. It’s lovely. Super clean and fresh. Great location. Train station is a 3 minute walk. We booked this hotel for our Disney trip. Literally jump on the train and it’s 48 minutes to the park. Highly recommend it. Grocery store close by. Walking distance to the popular temple there. Staff were amazing. "
