"Very welcoming and friendly staff; restaurant went out of their way to accommodate our dietary restrictions.
The property is kept very clean and well staffed.
If you want a break from the crowded touristy areas of Zanzibar; I highly recommend Treetop.
Just be aware that off property it’s a distance to find restaurants or proper markets. But Treetop is so good for a quiet restful stay in Zanzibar. It’s also very close to Jozani Forest which is a major attraction for nature and wildlife "

"Great hotel with a solid little restaurant, bar and pool. Great service. Nice room and great service! Beach wasn’t really accessible/nice but the pool was and ocean views were beautiful."

"I had a wonderful stay at Ycona Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff attended to our every need and made us feel truly cared for. The manager, Claudia, along with Omar, were especially outstanding—both were incredibly helpful in facilitating all of our plans and were always flexible and accommodating. They even helped arrange romantic activities on-site, which made our stay extra special.
