"Non smoking room still reeks of smoke"

"The neighborhood seemed sketchy when it rained it leaks through our room into the bathroom the bathtub wouldn't drain and later we had a hitchhiking mouse that ended up in our laundry"

"Absolutely beautiful facilities. Room was so comfortable and we loved having space! A comfortable couch, fireplace, desk, chairs....It was just great. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was HUGE! "

"Very nice hotel. BUT for $400+ a night, you would think there would be hand towels, upscale toiletries and better bedding. The pull out sofa was not good and we had to call for more bedding. The restaurant was so-so. Every person we came in to contact with was so nice. Just feel for the money spent it could have been more five star….. truly."

"This hotel was in an excellent location. The staff was efficient and attentive. Our only complaint was the food in the onsite restaurant, the BelAir Social. The food was edible, but nothing special for the price. The service was subpar at best. We were sitting at the bar and had to request service every time we needed something and the workers were standing two feet away on an evening when it wasn’t particularly busy. If you want great food just walk across the street to Yellowbelly. "

"Staff members, including general manager Michael, greeted us and welcomed us immediately, accommodating an early check-in and valet parking made that process extra simple. The room is well appointed, clean, and modern. The partial kitchenette is such a wonderful addition to the spacious rooms. We lived our stay. And breakfast qlas great with a station grilling fresh, to order, french toast and frittatas. "

"When we checked into the hotel, our room was 77°. The front desk was called three times and an employee did come up to “reset” the thermometer. We were told no other rooms were available and the room was still 77° when we checked out the next day. "

"I would not recommend this stay! Hotel is falling apart. The smoke detector was falling off the wall. The sheets had stains on them. The carpet had a huge hole in it, along with cigarette burns. The USB’s in the lamps didn’t work. The lampshades had tears and stains on them. The shower drain was filthy and had a huge crack at the back of the floor. The sink water actually got hotter than the water in the shower. We had to wait until 4:30 to check in because rooms were not ready. They were...

"Close and convenient to Enterprise Center"

"This was a wonderful hotel to stay at while we explored the National Parks. We enjoyed the free evening snacks and drinks after a full day at Gateway Arch. Staff were very friendly. The pool was nice. Rooms very clean. Would definitely stop here again. "

"We had 5 people in our group with 2 bedrooms and a pullout couch, as I pulled out the couch the mattress was thin and had very dark stains on it,the ceiling fan was so dusty the the dust was hanging over the blades overall the place was just filthy., would not recommend "

"The room was dirty and not comfortable. The bed only had one pillow and a super hard head board that you keep hitting your head on during the night. The pillow was not comfortable and felt like it held in heat. The area did not feel safe. I had one of the worst nights of sleep I have ever had at a hotel. We booked the room for 2 nights and ended up checking out the very next morning and not even staying. We went and booked at a different hotel instead and just sucked up the cost on this one just...
