"The color thing is interesting, but I would have appreciated more attention to some basics. For example, when I went to turn the TV off, it turned out there were no batteries in the remote control. There were no instructions on the phone that explained how to reach the front desk. There were no USB outlets to I had to find a store that sold AC adapters so I could charge my devices. Also a 4 PM check-in seems really late and I'm convinced that made me wait 20 minutes for no reason. Beyond that,...

"This hotel was from the hell, the parking was from the hell. The door to our room squeaked so bad, we will need a hearing checked to make sure we didn’t lose our ear drums. Rooms were a paper thin you could hear every move above person made. Asked them if we could change to a different room but they won’t let us change. The last night of stay, the hotel caught on fire sent all of us to out side for over an hour in the middle of the night and in the cold. Our clothes smell like a rubber...

"Broken drywall on bathroom floor, old candy bar wrapper in nightstand drawer. Left an item behind and no one would call back. Asked for a cab was told it takes 5 minutes, oh no I was late for an extremely important appointment."

"Parking was easy, nearby, and included. Hotel was lovely and very quiet. I loved the river view room. Walking to casino or Laclede’s Landing and Arch was perfect. Nice staff. Cleaners missed a couple things (I found someone’s Invisalign on the floor…ew.) Casino had a funky smell in one part and smelled heavily of cigarette smoke near the restaurants."

"I liked the property, the parking, the bar. Two glasses were left for two days on a table by the elevator. Andres at the desk needs to learn a little customer service. A fun hotel with all the moons."

"Holes in the wall peeling paint. Permanent Merle scribbles all over the mirror. Tv doesn’t work. Asked for late check out at noon and staff was pouring on my door threatening to come in at 11. Furniture falling apart. Property smelled of cigars and smoke. Disgusting and filthy. Chunks of food on the floor in my “clean” room. Don’t stay here."
