Fd staff was arrogant and rude. Except for Tony I think was his name. Only plus to booking here was proximity to my work at the airport and the coffee in the lobby.

Rather room would not get warm- but it was really cold outside. The room was clean but definitely dated. The staff was nice and accommodating. Alaskan Hotel and Bar
Very cool experience staying at the oldest hotel in Alaska! Definitely a different vibe than a standard hotel if you are looking for a unique stay. Our room was clean and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed the location very much being able to explore downtown Juneau.
