"Hotel posizionato vicino all'aeroporto, in una zona che non offre molto, caotica e vicina ad un centro commerciale immenso raggiungibile a piedi. Odore di chiuso ( non ci sono finestre apribili) e qualche traccia di umidità proveniente dal bagno. Pulizia sufficiente, materassi e cuscini molto comodi. Staff cordiale"

"Balikpapan is a huge city and the staff at the hotel were so helpful in helping me organise my way to seeing things. They really do go out of their way! The hotel is on a busy street with places to eat but it also serves lovely food in the restaurant. "Very nice hotel. The staff went put of their way to help me. The room was clean and modern. Absolutely no complaints about any issue. Very close to the airport and they have a bus to take you back to the airport during the mornings. $7.00 via taxi. "
