"Location not ideal"

"We liked the proximity to the train station and in walking distance to central Shinjuku and Koreatown. It's in a residential neighborhood very close to the trains. The noise wasn't bad, but sometimes noise from residents on the streets below could be a bother. The lack of a front desk and person was strange but we got used to it, and the staff were responsive. Our space was good for a family of four but there wasn't much room for luggage and the spaces were small for anyone with a bigger frame....

"Excellent service, clean, organized, professional staff and kind. Very helpful, Seto was an amazing person who helped me a lot and the lady who helped me the last day did not remember her name. Breakfast excellent. Pleasant and sweet. Book do not think twice it’s few steps from the train station, stores and restaurants."

"とても綺麗でトイレとバスが別れていたのが、良かったです。"

"Lovely hotel and in a perfect location close to shinjuku train station,"

"This hotel is a little bit dated, but it is elegant in its own way and has the most remarkable electronics and conveniences I've ever seen in a hotel. The disadvantages that none of the instructions are in English and it's hard to find anyone who understands English well enough to explain it to you 134 with your boarding pass! I'm getting"

"A Solo Traveler's Dream Stay! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone, especially solo world travelers. The location is excellent, making it incredibly easy to access local transportation and navigate the area. The food at the hotel was consistently good, which was a huge convenience after a long day of exploring. As a solo traveler, I highly appreciated the practical amenities. Having excellent coin laundry facilities on-site was a massive plus for keeping...

"The rooms were nice and very clean and well maintained. However, the staff was less than helpful. I found the concierges not to be knowledgeable and even had quite a bit of trouble speaking English in such an International Hotel. We often had to find our own recommendations for restaurants and even book them because they seem to be either unwilling or unable to meet our needs. At one point, I was waiting for my partner to return from a brief walk outside while we were waiting for a shuttle and I...

"Clean room helpful staff Disney shuttle. Restaurant good pizza and wine."

"An unforgateble expirience and the best value for money hotel ever! The location was great with heaps of restaurants and supermarkets at the hotel’s doorstep and 2 different train lines within walking distance. It was so convinient to get around! Good amenities and clean and comfy mattress and pillow! I have to say our room was facing the main street so it was a bit noisy at nights but the hotel offered earplugs. The staff were fantasticly accommodating and super helpful. They were so...

"Great value!"

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel; The staff was very respectful and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Tokyo solo."

"Room too small to move around. Horrible pillows."

"Great location! Within minutes of numerous restaurants and bars and a shopping center. Also, two minutes from Airport Limousine bus drop off/pick up point and from train station. Staff service throughout was excellent. Room is a bit small, standard for Japan, but clean and convenient. I will stay here again."
