"We asked for a room with a roll-in shower but got one with a tub with seat. The soaps were behind the person sitting in the shower. The bed was too low and the toilet was also too low. At least there was a bar next to the toilet to aid in getting up. It was a nice room except for ADA issues that we had."

"Great location near the dinner and concert we attended last night. Hot breakfast hit the spot Bacon and eggs with fork tender country taters. Very clean. Would stay there again for sure."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this inn. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe thanks to both the property and the staff. Parking in the gated area is a bit limited, but aside from that, everything was excellent. The room was extremely clean and beautifully decorated—it honestly felt like something you’d find in a much more expensive hotel. The surrounding area is also very clean and felt safe, which made the stay even more comfortable."

"It’s a nice hotel and a great location. The staff was super nice and friendly especially Michael. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we need and were comfortable. I did not like the prices for parking and that the breakfast was not included in the price of the hotel. For those reasons I will not be staying again. "

"At end of parking lot is pedestrian bridge over tracks to Amtrack station. (City elevator didn’t work, so had to take luggage up a couple flights.). Also off parking lot is Public Market with great selections of food. Food court style with a few bars. Perfect for amtrack access. "

"Really sneaky hotel. Staff at the front desk did not mention how much the parking was until after the deposit was paid, as a result they will lock you into it before disclosing what is collected within the deposit. Overall not straightforward at all and just shady business tactics. Property is old and not up to current day standards. The bathroom tub in our room had cracks snd shower curtains were messy. "

"I was told through expedia that i was able to garner hilton honors rewards for this stay, which i was not. Then, i tried calling Expedia and they connected me with somebody who barely knew how to work a computer and didn't even understand what i was talking about. The property was nice, management was difficult and expedia did not help with the rewards at all"

Although check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, we arrived around 11:00 AM simply intending to drop off our bags.
