"It’s a great unique open space with interesting landscape (both natural and curated). They were doing quite a bit of landscape work while we were there which created some noise and a lot of staff moving about during the day, but it was very quiet and peaceful at night."

"You don’t come here for a 5 star hotel experience- you will stay in a manyatta - a small free-standing hut in the midst of a garden. some beetles will share tge room with you, don’t worry, it’s nature. a simple bed, one old but clean towel, a bed with sheet, ask for a second towel, make sure that there are moskito nets. the five star experience was opening the door in the morning and looking at mt kilimancharo in the morning sun. they serve a simple breakfast and dinner for some extra shilling,...

"This is a beautiful place! I loved it...but there was a very distinct bad (sewer) smell on my balcony that also came into the room. It kept me from being able to keep my windows open. This is unfortunate because this is really a beautiful place to visit and stay."
