"I was so impressed with our stay that I’m finally motivated to leave a written review on here for (I think) the first time. I was travelling to Tokyo for the first time with my husband and two daughters (10 & 13) and we were looking for something that was conveniently located close to subway station entrances, convenience stores and ideally grocery stores. "We booked 2 bedroom suite with table in the living area. Decent space in the suite by Japan standards. It was comfortable for 4 adults. Ceiling was very low but I think that's the standard in Japan. Very clean. Microwave and utensils & cutlery were very useful for a quick breakfast in the morning. Washing machine was also very useful addition. "The cleanliness of our rooms left a lot to be desired. There were long black hairs all over the floors that got on our stuff and stuck to our feet. We felt a little gross in the room and didn’t fully trust the cleaning procedures after noticing this. The curtains also let in a lot of light and are not blackout. Otherwise, the hotel was in a great location and staff were very kind."
