"First impressions were formed right at the check in counter. Rakesh, Baljeet,Kabir, Manoj, Hassan, Raza, Pawshi, Mohammed and all other staff are very professional and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with choices for all types of cuisine. Room was clean and housekeeping staff very helpful. I will recommend this hotel to everyone. We enjoyed our stay very much. Hotel is in a central location and walking distance to all amenities. We walked to the Patronas Tower, Pavilion Mall and the surrounding. Hop on Hop off bus in walking distance. Very relaxing hotel environment."

"The hotel is really central within a shopping mall. The conciois on the ground floor, regular check in on 1st floor and executive rooms check in on 34th floor. Check was seamless with my luggage taken from me when I arrived at concierge and didn’t see it again until I went ro my room. It was waiting for me! You get a cookie once checked in and if the room is not ready, you can wait or if you’re in executive rooms, asked to wait in the lounge with refreshments. This lounge serves breakfasts ,pastries for tea and cocktails in the evening. The view is beautiful and food is regularly topped up. The whole team were absolutely brilliant; always happy, informative, smiling and attentive. My room was clean and brilliantly presented. I had a shower that didn’t have hot water so I went for breakfast in the executive lounge, I mentioned it to Yuri who has looking after me. She took my room number and told me it was being taken care of. By the time I got back, it had been fixed and an apology note with a bar of chocolate was on my desk. There is a gym, an adult and children’s pool on 10th floor. This is a centrally located, clean hotel with an attentive, observant and helpful team who make your stay a seamless pleasant experience! Bravo to them all!! "

"We had a great stay at star suites The rooms were nice and clean There was ample amount of space in the service apt It is located in a great area with 5 mins walking to Petro is twin towers , there is grocery stores just downstairs ..lots of food options nearby ."
