"Very convenient, easy contactless access. We didn’t arrive until 8:30 pm and the room was ready for us with the lights on and the temperature perfect. The bed was so comfortable and I appreciated it so much after a long day of travel."

"Beautiful resort but needs repairs. The tram was broken the majority of the week, the walk to the last building is quite far if packing baggage. Needs more food options with better hours of operation. Room was clean, pools amazing. Took several days to find the ice machine. Overall very happy with our stay."

"今回の滞在にはとてもがっかりしています。 部屋のベッドやバスルームに、蚊や小さな虫の死骸がたくさんありました。自分で何度か掃除しましたが、その後もまた虫が出てきては死んで落ちてきます。おそらく殺虫剤を使った直後だと思うのですが、それが人体に影響ないのか少し不安です。 夜中にどうしても我慢できずフロントに電話して、翌日の清掃スタッフに伝えてほしいとお願いしました。ですが、「バルコニーのドアや窓を開けないでください」と言われただけでした。 私は遅い時間にチェックインしていて、そもそもドアや窓は開けていないと伝えたのですが、「Ok，good」と言われただけで、特に謝罪もありませんでした。まるでこちらに問題があるような対応で、とても不快に感じました。 翌日、清掃スタッフの方にメモを書いて、チップもお渡しし、「できればしっかり掃除をお願いしたい」と伝えました。 その日の夜に部屋へ戻ると、小さい飛び虫は少し減っていましたが、ゴキブリの死骸がありました。 正直、使われている殺虫剤が人体に影響ないのかも分からず、不安な気持ちのまま滞在することになりました。全体的にとても不満の残る滞在でした。"

"Huge property with a convenient monorail system that takes you between the different towers, which made getting around easy. The room itself was clean and the staff throughout the property were friendly. The resort didn’t feel overly crowded, which made for a more relaxing stay. Had lunch at the grill. Ordered hamburger and fries. Fries were good. Service was slow, One day the monorail broke down, but the hotel provided alternative transportation to the Palace and Ocean towers, which I...

"What a beautiful place with all of the amenities, including beach equipment! The pool and hot tub were like paradise and the beach is gorgeous, complete with a turtle snoozing on the rocks at sunset. "
