Khách sạn Kanawha City , Charleston

"The breakfast was lacking."

"The rooms was clean, but I rented a room with two queen beds for 3 people and I only got two towels in the bathroom 😔, other than that I was satisfied with my stay"

"Very nice place and right downtown"

"Boen para el peecio"

"The staff was amazing! Everyone was considerate, helpful, respectful, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room itself was okay and served our needs for a one-night stay. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite, and the bedrooms were fine. However, the connecting living room could have used a thorough cleaning, and some of the furniture was stained and really needed to be replaced. Overall, the suite met our needs for a short overnight stay, but given the condition of the living area...

"I have stayed here before. Easy on a d off the highway just north of Charlestown. Staff are pleasant. Rooms are clean. Place was recently renovated. There aren't a lot of businesses in the immediate area except a nice family restaurant that shares the parking lot. The only issue I had this time was the mattress sagged."

"Honestly, this one didn’t meet the brand promise. Two of three elevators were broken leading to long wait times. Bathroom had stained and peeling caulk. Parking was not on-site at the hotel."

"Kind people, great room. 10/10"

"The property and room were clean and seemed well maintained. Great water pressure in the shower. I felt safe. It took a while before someone showed up to check me in, but when she did, she was very nice. The only issue I had was that the front lobby and the area outside the main door reeked of weed."

"The property and room was very clean. The location is perfect. We were close to anything we may have needed."
